Police are continuing to appeal for a missing 16-year-old girl from Barrow.
Madeleine Wilkinson was last seen on Currock Road in Carlisle on Saturday (June 25th) at around 6.30pm.
CCTV enquiries have now revealed that Madeleine caught a train to Wigan and left platform 4 of Wigan station at 8.15pm on Saturday evening (June 25th). She left via the train station entrance towards Wigan centre and may have been picked up outside.
It is still believed she may be in the Bradford area.
Madeleine is described as a white female, 5ft 1in tall, of slim build, with long dyed black hair. She was last seen wearing a grey jumper and pink t-short, blue jeans, Nike trainers and had a large brown handbag.
Police are concerned for Madeleine’s welfare and appeal to anyone who has seen her to call Cumbria Police on 101. Police also urge Madeleine if she sees this appeal to let police know she is safe and well.
